Here at Abundant Life Church we believe in spreading the Gospel to our local communities and to the entire world.
We support 39 different missionaries/missions groups both locally, throughout the USA, and in Latin America, Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
You can be a part of that by giving directly to our missions fund.
In 2025 we will be sending out four missions teams to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Brazil and right here in Birdsboro. Please click the link for more information on these mission teams and how to get involved.

Hawaii 2025
The youth of Abundant Life Church (AKA Torch Youth) will be going to the island of Maui in Hawaii in March of 2025. This team endeavors to bring the good news of Jesus to people living in what is perceived to be a tropical paradise by outsiders, but in reality, suffering through current economic hardships and from the aftermath of devasting wildfires that destroyed many homes. Torch Youth will host a youth convention for teenage students in Maui and help with fire disaster relief. We are so excited that God is calling such a special group of teens to minister directly to the teens of Hawaii. Please keep this team of fifteen youth and adults in your prayers as they venture out on this mission.
BRAZIL 2025
Brazil 2025
ALC is joining the Overland Missions Expedition department to send a team to the Amazon region of Brazil, where our missionaries Justin and Elizabeth Weaver and family and Tiago Cunha are serving. We will serve alongside missionaries on location in evangelism and outreach to very isolated river communities where many have not heard of Jesus's good news.
For adults and accompanied minors
Cost: $2400 for all in country expenses. Travel to and from Manaus, Brazil is additional.
The Amazon region in Brazil is hot and rainy in March and April. This trip involves boat travel and sleeping in hammocks (8-10 nights).
Mission Focus: Evangelism, Prayer Ministry, Kids Ministry
Team size: 5 - 8 people

COSTA RICA 2025
COSTA RICA 2025
This trip will be the 8th year our congregation will partner with the mission’s organization Praying Pelican Mission to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people of Costa Rica. This year also marks the 8th year we will be partnered with Centro Evangelistico Zuriel Church and serve the church in their local ministry to the people of Zuriel.
The trip is geared or Adults and Youth (14+).
An excellent trip for a first-time international mission trip experience
Mission Focus: Food Distribution, Men's and Women's ministry, VBS, Construction, Prayer Ministry.
Team size: 15 - 20 people
Cost: $1,200 + travel expenses
Meeting: December 15th after both services

MISSIONS TRIP BIRDSBORO 2025
Missions Trip Birdsboro 2025
ALC will again partner with Mission Trip Birdsboro & Beyond (MTBB) to work alongside other churches in the Birdsboro community to help persons in our town with home service projects. These projects include painting, landscape work, cleaning, and small construction projects. There is also the ability to help with food preparation, prayer ministry, or homeowner visitation. Whether you are a handyman, enjoy serving food, or feel called to pray, there is a spot for you on this team. You do not need to travel far to join this great team. Keep a lookout for the sign-up information in early 2025.
Mission Focus: Light construction, food preparation, prayer ministry, visitation.
Cost: $25 per person, $50 per family
